Please note that we book months in advance so be sure to contact us ASAP to ensure our availability. Please also choose a package that most closely represents your need for the event to ensure the correct staff ratios remain available for your selected date.
All packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total balance.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?
We book months in advance, especially for Saturday weddings. Reach out as soon as your venue is confirmed, weekday events typically have more availability.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Zip. We also offer flexible "buy now, pay later" options through Klarna and Afterpay, so you can split your payment into installments if that works better for you.
Can each parent pay separately?
Yes, once the initial deposit has been made by the client, additional parents may arrange separate payment for their portion.
How far do you travel?
We travel up to 60 miles from the Inland Empire at no charge. Beyond 60 miles, a $1/mile fee applies. We serve all of SoCal.
How many sitters will be provided?
We staff two sitters for every seven children. The exact ratio for your event will be confirmed after booking based on your guest count.
What is your deposit policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking and applied to your total. Because we hold your date exclusively, this deposit cannot be returned if you cancel.
When is my remaining balance due?
Your remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
Are your sitters background checked and certified?
Yes. Every sitter is background-checked, CPR-certified, and insured before working any event. We are fully venue-compliant.
Can I add more children to a package?
Yes, additional children can be added to any package. Pricing varies by count and ratio needed. Call 951-727-6435 for a quote.
Can I hire you for daycare or ongoing care?
No, we are dedicated to special events only. Our team is specifically trained and staffed for weddings and celebrations, not ongoing childcare settings.
What if I'm not sure which package is right for me?
Call or email us and we'll help you choose. Most clients with standard guest counts select Golden Vows. For larger events, Blushing Bride or Grande Dame are ideal.
